Less than 1% of all people will ever be the top person in any organization. This doesn’t mean you can’t be a leader! You may be leading a department, a team within a department, or you may never be in an official leadership position. But, you can still be the person people want to follow and have tremendous influence throughout your organization. This training is specifically geared for people who are in the middle ranks, but still want to maximize their leadership potential!
LEADING FROM THE MIDDLE
Everyone has some influence. But the more influence you have, the greater your leadership becomes. Influence has three dimensions: the number of people you are able to influence; the depth of your influence with them; and how much influence you have on those who influence others. Learn the skills necessary to expand your influence, which increases your leadership results.
This training is designed to enable leaders to build effective leadership throughout their organizations.
